Who can publish a project?
Any eligible owner can submit an application, but only an administrator can publish a project after its file has been reviewed and approved.
What does “verified file” mean?
The page lists the checks that were actually completed. It does not guarantee economic success and does not hide items that were not checked.
Which payment methods will be available?
Wave will be the priority mobile-money option in West Africa. Cards and SEPA Direct Debit will be offered through Stripe for the international diaspora.
How does monthly support work with Wave?
Wave does not provide an automatic debit equivalent to SEPA. A secure, single-use link will let supporters voluntarily renew each month.
Can a contribution be refunded?
Conditions depend on the payment state, project, and provider. Any refund option will be shown before payment and handled with a traceable record.
How can I follow a project I supported?
The personal space will bring together history, receipts, and updates from the project owner. Notifications will respect each contributor’s preferences.
